Maintenance Packages

If you need ongoing maintenance, site updating, have questions, or need general technical support, find the package below that best fits your needs.  Our hourly rate is $60.00 with a $30.00 minimum charge.  However, when you purchase a maintenance package in advance you will be getting a lower hourly rate.  Service is billed in 10 minute increments, so you only pay for what you use.

Basic Maintenance Package:

Two hours of support time for $110.00 ($120.00 value)

 

Essential Maintenance Package:

Four hours of support time for $200.00 ($240.00 value)

 

These packages can be used for technical support by phone and email, troubleshooting, tutoring, website maintenance and updates.  Please note that this is already a discounted rate so any other offers or discounts are not applicable.
